  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 cups cooked jasmine or basmati rice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.

  5. Stir in heavy cream, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder; let simmer for about 5 minutes.
  6. Add shredded cheese until melted and smooth.
  7. Return chicken to the skillet, spoon sauce over it, and simmer for another 3–4 minutes.
