Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast or thighs
- 6 strips of Turkey bacon
- 3 cups baby spinach
- 4 garlic cloves
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 8 oz penne or fusilli pasta
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions

- In the same pot with Turkey bacon drippings, add bite-sized chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper. Cook until browned.

- Pour in chicken broth and heavy cream; bring to a simmer then add pasta. Cook until al dente.
- Stir in mozzarella until melted, then add back the crispy Turkey bacon and Parmesan cheese. Mix well.
