- 4 slices thick-cut turkey bacon, chopped
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 8 oz uncooked penne or rotini pasta

Instructions

- In the same pot, add diced chicken seasoned with salt and pepper. Cook until golden brown on all sides and remove.
