  • 1/3 cup shallots (finely chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese (grated)

Instructions
