- 1 cup canned pinto beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup BBQ sauce (divided)
- 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese (shredded)
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup plain breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion (finely diced)
- 1 green bell pepper (finely diced)
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons chili powder
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon cayenne
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F and lightly spray a large loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray.
