Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh corn (cooked)
  • 1 cup English cucumber (quartered)
  • 1/4 large red onion (diced)
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1/4 cup basil leaves (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

Instructions
