  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1/4 cup miniature chocolate chips

Instructions

  2. Cream softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar in a mixing bowl until fluffy. Add salt and vanilla; mix well.
  3. Gradually incorporate the heated flour and mix until combined. Stir in milk one tablespoon at a time and fold in chocolate chips.
  4. In a chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold in sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract.
  5. Gently add small spoonfuls of cookie dough to the whipped cream mixture and swirl together.
  6. Transfer to a loaf pan or deep container, cover tightly, and freeze for at least 6 hours before serving.
