  • 1 lb kielbasa, sliced
  • 4 cups chicken broth (divided)
  • 1 block (8 oz) cream cheese
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and slice the kielbasa.
  2. In the crockpot, layer half of the pierogies at the bottom followed by half of the kielbasa and half of the cream cheese.
  3. Pour in half of the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Repeat layering with remaining ingredients.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 3 hours until heated through.
