Instructions

  6. Pour half the batter into the pan; sprinkle half of the cinnamon-sugar topping over it.
  7. Add the remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon-sugar mixture. Swirl gently with a knife.
  8. Bake for about 50-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Let cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
