Description

Cinnamon Apple Cottage Cheese Bites are a delightful blend of flavor and nutrition, making them an ideal snack or breakfast option for busy days. Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup applesauce or 1 small grated apple
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, rolled oats, applesauce or grated apple, egg, cinnamon, honey or maple syrup (if using), baking powder, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. Let the batter sit for about 5 minutes.
  4. Scoop the mixture evenly into the prepared mini muffin pan.
  5. Bake for 18–20 minutes until set and lightly golden.
  6. Allow cooling in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
