- 9 oz fresh raspberries
- 6 oz white chocolate
- 1/4 cup whipping cream

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder, and salt; in another, whisk eggs and sugar until frothy. Combine wet and dry ingredients.
- Spread batter evenly on the prepared baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until lightly golden.
- Once baked, roll the warm cake in a towel dusted with powdered sugar to cool completely.
- Prepare the raspberry filling by cooking raspberries with sugar and lemon juice until thickened; cool.
- Beat cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla until smooth.
- Unroll the cooled cake, spread with cream cheese filling followed by raspberry filling, then re-roll gently.
- Chill for at least an hour before serving decorated with whipped cream and fresh raspberries.
