Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 box devil's food cake mix
  • 2 cups melted peanut butter
  • 1 cup chopped Reese's Peanut Butter Cups
  • 1 cup Reese's Pieces
  • 1 cup peanut butter (for frosting)
  • 10 tbsp unsalted butter (softened)
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp kosher salt
  • 2 tbsp heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a 9"x13" pan with parchment paper and grease it.
  2. Prepare the devil's food cake mix according to package instructions and bake for about 25 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean. Allow cooling completely.
  3. Poke holes in the cooled cake using the back of a wooden spoon. Pour melted peanut butter over the surface, ensuring it fills all holes.
  4. In a large bowl, beat together peanut butter and softened butter until creamy. Gradually add powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and salt until fluffy. Adjust consistency with heavy cream if needed.
  5. Spread frosting evenly over the cake and top with chopped Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups and Reese’s Pieces before serving.
