  • OREO crust
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream
  • 20 ounces cream cheese
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini chocolate chips
  • ⅓ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Prepare the OREO crust in a springform pan.
  2. Melt 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips with ⅓ cup heavy whipping cream until smooth; set aside to cool.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until fluffy; gradually mix in the cooled chocolate mixture.
  4. Fold in sour cream and vanilla extract until combined.
  5. Whip remaining heavy whipping cream to stiff peaks and gently fold into the cheesecake mixture along with mini chocolate chips.
  6. Pour the filling into the prepared crust and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until set.
