  • 3 Tbsp maple syrup (or any liquid sweetener)
  • 3 1/2 Tbsp nut/seed butter of choice
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp cocoa powder (or cacao powder)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine nut/seed butter and maple syrup until smooth.
  2. Add oat flour and cocoa powder; mix until you have a sticky dough.
  3. Shape the dough into small balls (about ½-¾ inch thick).
  4. Preheat your oven to 320°F (160°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  5. Place the balls on the baking sheet and bake for about 10 minutes until firm.
  6. Allow to cool completely before serving.
