  • 1/2 cup almond flour
  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (for coating)
  • 1/2 teaspoon coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine almond butter, honey, and vanilla until smooth.
  3. Add almond flour, protein powder, cocoa powder, and sea salt; mix until well combined.
  4. Roll mixture into small balls (about 1 to 2 tablespoons each) and place on the lined tray.
  5. Chill in the freezer for 15 minutes or refrigerate for 30 minutes.
