Ingredients

  • 500g chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 200g mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • Cooked white rice (2 cups)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the rice according to package instructions.
  2. Heat oil in a large wok over medium-high heat. Sauté the chicken until golden brown (5-7 minutes). Remove and set aside.
  3. In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic for about 1 minute. Add broccoli and mushrooms; stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Return chicken to the pan, add sauces and optional chili flakes, stirring well. Add cornstarch slurry and cook until thickened (about 2 minutes).
  5. Serve over cooked rice.
