Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease two loaf pans.
- In a large mixing bowl, cream together softened butter and sugars until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time.
- In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, salt, and spices. Gradually combine with wet ingredients.
- Gently fold in mashed bananas and shredded carrots.
