Ingredients
- 3 tbsp unsalted butter
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 2–3 apples (Honeycrisp or Granny Smith), peeled and sliced
- 1½ cups all-purpose flour
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 2 large eggs
- Spices: cinnamon and nutmeg
Instructions
