Ingredients
- 5 strips prosciutto
- 8 oz farfalle pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved)
- 1 cup fresh mozzarella balls (halved)
- 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves (thinly sliced)
- 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1.5 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove (grated)
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- 1/4 tsp kosher salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and arrange prosciutto on a foiled baking sheet. Bake for 10–12 minutes until crispy.
- Dice the cooled prosciutto into desired sizes.
- Cook farfalle in boiling water according to package instructions; drain and rinse under cool water.
- Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, lemon juice, grated garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked pasta with the vinaigrette, diced prosciutto, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and basil. Toss well and serve immediately or chill before serving.
