  • 10 oz rigatoni pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tbsp butter (divided)
  • Olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  2. In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil and cook rigatoni until al dente. Drain and reserve 1/2 cup of pasta water.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted; season with salt, pepper, and additional Cajun seasoning if needed.
  5. Toss cooked rigatoni into the sauce mixture; add reserved pasta water gradually for desired consistency. Fold in seared steak tips gently.
  6. Serve immediately with extra Parmesan cheese on top.
