- 8 oz button mushrooms, sliced
- 2 cups low-sodium beef broth
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (for gravy)
- 2 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tsp water (slurry, for thickening)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, tomato sauce, egg, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, black pepper, and salt until just combined. Shape into four patties.
- Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear patties for about 4-5 minutes per side until browned. Set aside.

- Add beef broth, onion powder, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce; return patties to skillet and simmer for 10 minutes.
- Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry; stir into gravy to thicken for an additional 1-2 minutes.
