Ingredients
- 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 3 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt (divided)
Instructions
- In a small bowl, mix honey and blueberries until well combined. Set aside.
- In a blender, combine the blueberry mixture with 2 cups of yogurt and blend until smooth.
- Fill ice pop molds with 1½ cups of remaining yogurt, then layer the blueberry mixture on top.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or ideally overnight for best results.
- Once frozen solid, remove popsicles from molds and enjoy.
