Ingredients

  • 2 cups blueberries (fresh or frozen, thawed)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt (divided)

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mix honey and blueberries until well combined. Set aside.
  2. In a blender, combine the blueberry mixture with 2 cups of yogurt and blend until smooth.
  3. Fill ice pop molds with 1½ cups of remaining yogurt, then layer the blueberry mixture on top.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or ideally overnight for best results.
  5. Once frozen solid, remove popsicles from molds and enjoy.
