Ingredients
- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1 cup packed light brown sugar
- ½ cup white sugar

- 1 ¼ cups flour + 2 TBSP flour (divided)
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 cups quick oats
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup blackberries (quartered)
Instructions
- Cream softened butter with both sugars until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
- In a bowl, mix 1¼ cups flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine with creamed mixture.
- Gently fold in oats and white chocolate chips.
- Coat quartered blackberries in the remaining flour and gently fold into the dough.
- Drop mounds of dough on a greased baking sheet and bake at 325°F for 12–13 minutes or until golden.
- Cool on the baking sheet for about 5–7 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
