  • 1 cup butter (softened)
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 ¼ cups flour + 2 TBSP flour (divided)
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup blackberries (quartered)

Instructions

  1. Cream softened butter with both sugars until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla.
  2. In a bowl, mix 1¼ cups flour, baking soda, and salt. Gradually combine with creamed mixture.
  3. Gently fold in oats and white chocolate chips.
  4. Coat quartered blackberries in the remaining flour and gently fold into the dough.
  5. Drop mounds of dough on a greased baking sheet and bake at 325°F for 12–13 minutes or until golden.
  6. Cool on the baking sheet for about 5–7 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
