Ingredients
- 1 lb kielbasa sausage
- 1 lb beef (cubed)
- 6 cups sauerkraut
- 2 medium onions (diced)
- 1 small white cabbage (shredded)
- 10 prunes
- 2 cups Polish beer
- ⅓ cup dried porcini mushrooms
Instructions
- Soak dried mushrooms in boiling water.
- Cook turkey bacon in a large pan until crispy; add diced sausages and cook for about 10 minutes.
- Brown beef cubes in the same pan.
- Sauté onions and cabbage until soft.
- Add all ingredients to a slow cooker and mix well.
- Cook on low for 8–10 hours.
