  • ½ kg potatoes
  • 45 g cheddar cheese
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp white pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 400 g ground beef
  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 4 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 egg
  • 150 g breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Boil peeled potatoes until tender. Drain and mash them, mixing in cheddar cheese, salt, white pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. In a frying pan, cook the ground beef with salt, white pepper, and garlic powder until browned. Stir in mozzarella cheese until melted.
  3. Shape mashed potato into small patties, place beef filling in the center, and seal to form croquettes.
  4. Coat each croquette in flour, egg wash, and breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry in hot oil until golden brown on all sides. Drain on paper towels before serving.
