  • 500g flank steak or sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 2 red and green bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • Fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 3 cups cooked white rice

Instructions

  1. Marinate the beef with soy sauce, cornstarch, and sesame oil for 10 minutes.
  2. Heat a wok over high heat; stir-fry marinated beef until browned. Set aside.
  3. In the same wok, stir-fry garlic, ginger, onion, and bell peppers until slightly tender.
  4. Return beef to the wok; add sauces and mix until evenly coated.
  5. Serve hot over rice.
