  • 1 lb beef sirloin or chuck
  • 12 oz bowtie (farfalle) pasta
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz Velveeta cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook bowtie pasta in salted boiling water until al dente; drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Sear seasoned beef until golden brown; remove from skillet.
  3. Reduce heat, add garlic butter to skillet, then stir in beef broth and simmer for 2 minutes.
  4. Lower the heat and mix in heavy cream followed by Velveeta, cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan until melted and creamy.
  5. Combine cooked pasta and beef into the sauce; warm through for a few minutes before serving.
