Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, honey, milk, and vanilla.
  4. Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, and cloves.
  6. Gently fold nut mixture into the batter.
  7. Spoon batter into muffin tin until two-thirds full.
