Ingredients
- 1 lb small gold potatoes
- 2–3 cups broccoli florets
- 1–2 lbs salmon filets
- 6–8 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Fresh herbs (thyme, parsley or basil)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss cut potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper; roast for 25 minutes.
