  • 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger root
  • 4 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon chili garlic sauce

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, ginger, garlic, and chili garlic sauce until well combined.
  2. Place the flank steak in a shallow dish or sealable plastic bag and pour the marinade over it. Ensure the steak is thoroughly coated. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
