Ingredients
- 4–5 large Granny Smith apples
- 1 (11 oz) bag Brach’s Milk Maid caramels
- 12 oz white chocolate melting wafers
- 6 regular graham crackers
- Cinnamon sugar (2 tbsp sugar + 1/2 tsp cinnamon)
Instructions
- Prepare apples by washing them and inserting sticks into the tops.
- Melt caramels with water in a saucepan until smooth. Dip each apple into the caramel and place on wax paper to set.
- Crush graham crackers into fine crumbs and set aside.
- Melt white chocolate according to package instructions and dip cooled caramel apples into it.
- Roll the bottom half of each apple in crushed graham crackers and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar before allowing to set.
