- 350 g Lotus biscoff cookies
- 150 g unsalted butter (melted)
- 3 tart apples (peeled and sliced)
- 690 g cream cheese (softened)
- 75 g granulated sugar
- 100 g Greek yogurt
- 3 large eggs
- Spices: cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Crush biscoff cookies in a bowl, mix with melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan. Bake for 10 minutes.
- For the streusel topping, combine melted butter, flour, brown sugar, and rolled oats in another bowl; set aside.
