Ingredients
- 2 cups apple cider
- 3 tbsp granulated sugar
- 1 ¾ cups all-purpose flour

- 2 egg yolks

- Cream butter with sugars until fluffy. Add egg yolks and vanilla; mix well.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet mixture until just combined.
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Scoop dough onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, flatten slightly, add cheesecake filling, and cover with more dough.
