  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 cup milk (of choice)
  • 3 1/2 tbsp oil (or applesauce)
  • 2 tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  5. Pour the batter into a greased 9×5 inch loaf pan and bake for about 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out mostly clean.
