  • 1 3lb rack of beef baby back ribs (cut in half)
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon white pepper
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Mix all rub ingredients in a bowl and generously season both sides of the ribs.
  2. Preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
  3. Place the ribs in the air fryer basket meat side down and cook for 20 minutes.
  4. Flip the ribs using tongs and cook for an additional 10 minutes.
  5. Brush barbecue sauce over the ribs, increase temperature to 400°F, and air fry for another 5 minutes.
