  • 36 Oreo cookies
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 pound white almond bark
  • 6 ounces red candy melts
  • 6 ounces blue candy melts
  • Sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Crush the Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or rolling pin.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the cookie crumbs and softened cream cheese until well combined.
  4. Use a cookie dough scoop to form the mixture into balls and place them on the lined baking sheet.
  5. Chill the formed truffles in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Melt the almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl until smooth.
  7. Dip each chilled truffle in the melted almond bark and return to the baking sheet to harden.
  8. Prepare red and blue candy melts by melting them separately in microwave-safe bowls.
  9. Drizzle the colored chocolate over the truffles and add sprinkles immediately.
