  • 1 envelope Unflavored Vegan Gelatin (e.g., Knox)
  • 1 cup Milk (or plant-based alternative)
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • 1 package (3 oz) Red Vegan Gelatin (e.g., Cherry)
  • Maraschino Cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the blue layer by dissolving Blue Vegan Gelatin in boiling water. Fill clear cups one-third full and refrigerate until set.
  2. For the white layer, combine unflavored vegan gelatin with milk and boiling milk with sugar. Cool slightly before filling cups another third of the way and refrigerate.
  3. Create the red layer by dissolving Red Vegan Gelatin in boiling water. Place cherries on top of the white layer, then add a thin layer of red gelatin. Chill until just set.
