Ingredients

- 1 envelope Unflavored Vegan Gelatin (e.g., Knox)

- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 package (3 oz) Red Vegan Gelatin (e.g., Cherry)
- Maraschino Cherries (for garnish)
Instructions
- Prepare the blue layer by dissolving Blue Vegan Gelatin in boiling water. Fill clear cups one-third full and refrigerate until set.
- For the white layer, combine unflavored vegan gelatin with milk and boiling milk with sugar. Cool slightly before filling cups another third of the way and refrigerate.
- Create the red layer by dissolving Red Vegan Gelatin in boiling water. Place cherries on top of the white layer, then add a thin layer of red gelatin. Chill until just set.
- Fill each cup to the top with remaining red mixture and refrigerate until fully set.
